1) Reporting copyright concerns
If you believe content associated with Layout Duels infringes your copyright, submit a takedown request via Support. Use a subject like “DMCA Takedown Request”.
2) What to include in a takedown request
- Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identify the material you claim is infringing (include URLs, screenshots, match IDs, or other identifiers).
- Your name, email, and contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable for many online notices).
3) Counter-notice
If you believe a takedown was submitted in error, you may submit a counter-notice through Support with the relevant identifiers and your explanation. We may request additional information to process it.
4) Repeat infringer policy
We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers as appropriate.
