Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Layout Duels.
• You must use a valid email (no guest accounts).
• One person should not operate multiple accounts to gain competitive or trial advantages.

You agree to compete fairly and to follow the Fair Play Code. You must not cheat, abuse, harass others, or attempt to exploit the service.

Layout Duels is a competitive game with server-authoritative state. The Arena may enforce rules that affect outcomes (for example, timeouts, resignations, and other match-end conditions).

• Paid tiers are managed via Stripe and updated by server-side webhook events.
• A Royal trial may be offered to new accounts. Trial eligibility is limited to prevent abuse.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via the billing portal accessible in Settings.

Commoner users may see ads. Noble/Royal users may receive reduced or no ads depending on tier. See Cookies / Ads / Analytics Notice.

Layout Duels may generate share cards, layout codes, and challenge links. You are responsible for what you choose to share. We may remove or restrict content or accounts to enforce policies and protect players.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Layout Duels and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, the Fair Play Code, or applicable law.
